First R & R Day Retreats a huge success!

It was amazing!
Nine women participated in the first R & R Day Retreat (victims of domestic violence). The women were treated as a “Queen for a Day.” They enjoyed a delicious, healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks, yoga to unwind and stretch, tips on stress management and relaxed with a massage. There was also a special program on “how to heal” with flowers. They even had time to relax by the pool!
