Is your inner voice or negative self talk sabotaging your life?
To help control your mind instead of your mind controlling you, do this simple exercise for twenty one days.
Take just ten minutes a day to focus and concentrate on a particular item. For example, focus on a flower. Use all your senses to observe the color, scent, texture and design.
At first, your mind will wander, but eventually you will be able to take back control of your mind and focus only on what you decide to focus on.
This will change your life forever.
