I want to share a quick story about where I found this quote: It comes from a book by Donald Trump. In it he says “…the message is an insight into a good way to handle difficult and even tragic times – to find a blessing in the midst of adversity. We all have a lot to be thankful for, whether it’s New Year’s, Thanksgiving, or just another Wednesday in our lives.”

Today’s Action Step

Every day is a gift! Before you get out of bed in the morning or even open your eyes, think of three things you are grateful for before your mind starts to think about your daily to-do list.
